Bunkier Sztuki, Krakow’s premier gallery for modern and contemporary art, was the site of the opening of the exhibit "Krzysztof Wodiczko: Public Projections 1996-2004" on November 8, 2005.

The main part of the exhibition contains five films which are documentaries of the Polish-American artist's projections shown in Krakow, Boston, Hiroshima, Tijuana and St. Louis. The documentation is recorded on DVD - each film lasts approximately 20-30 minutes - and each video presentation has its own separate room. Part of the exhibition includes recorded interviews with participants of the project in Krakow. Each projection event focused on a current social theme e.g. urban violence.

Mr. Wodiczko attended the opening and answered questions from the general public.
