Courier Service

Applicants who meet the criteria described in Visa applicants who do not have to come into the Embassy in person may use DHL courier service to deliver their documents. The required documents must be sent by the DHL Courier service at the following address:

We will only accept documents mailed through DHL. Please do not mail any documents by regular, registered or express mail.

Passports with visas are mailed to the applicants by DHL at the addressee's expense. Applicants applying through the mail cannot collect their passports in person.

Please write your complete address legibly, including the zip code and telephone number. The postage fee - charged according to DHL's fee schedule - is payable on delivery to the courier. Delivery takes up to five working days.

Please be sure to answer every item on the visa application clearly and correctly. Incomplete application forms, inadequate documents or documents sent in by persons who do not meet the criteria described above can not processed and will be mailed back to the sender at her/his expense.
