Non-Immigrant Visas

Applicants that do not Require Interviews


  • A-1 or A-2 (Foreign Government Officials)
  • C-3 (Foreign Government Officials in Transit)
  • G-1, G-2, G-3 or G-4 (International Organizations)
  • NATO 1-6 (NATO Officials, Representatives and Employees)

These applicants may apply at the Consulate Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 11:30am, except for legal Polish and American holidays and the last Friday of the month.

Visa applicants who do not require an interview must submit the electronic application form DS-156 with a bar-code and present all the documents described in Basic documents and photographs. We also request that they provide a diplomatic note or letter on official stationary from the appropriate delegating institution. Officials and employees of the U.N. and their immediate families should present a request from the Chief of the Transportation Section at the U.N. Secretariat.
