In a visit to Krakow on April 7, 2005, Prof. Roy Ginsberg of Skidmore College, New York had a series of speaking events on the topic of United States-European Union relations.

At the Institute of Strategic Studies (a local think-tank) he had a roundtable discussion with Member of the European Parliament Bogdan Klich and Institute staff.

Prof. Ginsberg then addressed local university students first at the American Studies department at the Jagiellonian University and later with students of the Tischner European University. He also had an interview with Dziennik Polski one of the two leading local daily newspapers in Krakow.
