The Consulate Takes an Interest in Regional Agriculture

 Visit on a farm
On August 14, Political/Economic Officer Michelle Riebeling visited several farms in Opole.  The visit began with a stop at the State Agricultural Advisory Center in Łosiów where Ms. Riebeling met with the Director of the Center, Henryk Zamojski, who gave a general overview of agriculture in the region and the Advisory Center’s activities.  Mr. Zamojski then accompanied Ms. Riebeling on visits to three farms, where she had the opportunity to meet local farmers, see their farms, and discuss the current state of agriculture and its future in the region.
