"Salon Maturzystow" in Southern Poland

The Consulate’s Educational Adviser will participate in "Salon Maturzystow" in Southern Poland cities.  The United States Consulate General in Krakow maintains an Educational Advising Center which actively promotes United States higher education in Poland by offering accurate, comprehensive, objective and timely information about educational opportunities in the United States and guidance on how to access those opportunities.  Interested students can get information on the admissions process, necessary documentation, fees and required standardized tests.

In order to reach out to a larger group of students, the Consulate’s adviser and a representative of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission in Warsaw will participate in the events organized in the framework of "Salon Maturzystow", an educational fair organized by Perspektywy.  They will present opportunities for graduates of Polish high schools to study in the U.S. and will discuss the U.S. university admissions process.  The students will learn about standardized tests they are required to take to be admitted to American colleges and universities and various ways to find funding to pay for U.S. studies.
