President Obama’s Speech to a Joint Session of Congress



"Now is the time to act boldly and wisely – to not only revive this economy, but to build a new foundation for lasting prosperity,” President Obama says in an address to a joint session of Congress. Obama also said “a new era of engagement has begun."
