The U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Holstein Association, and the National Association of Animal Breeders joined with Instytut Zootechniki in Balice, Polish dairy cow breeders, and dairy farmers and organizations March 30-31 to exchange information about new technologies in animal classification and the regulations governing the system. Consul General Anne Hall opened the conference, which was organized and hosted by US Embassy Agricultural Attache Kate Snipes. The goal of the well attended conference was to build linkages between U.S. and Polish organizations.
