Consulate Visit to Lower Silesia

 Consul General Anne Hall touring the manufacturing facility of PZL-Hydral SA with director of marketin Ryszard Jaron
Consul General Anne Hall traveled to Wroclaw in Lower Silesia September 12-13.  During her visit, Consul General Hall was a guest of the Jewish Gmina during their celebration of the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah.  As well, she met with Professor Andrzej Los, Speaker of the Lower Silesia Regional Sejm.  Professor Los discussed local economic developments.   Consul General Hall also toured the manufacturing facility of PZL-Hydral, SA.  PZL manufactures fuel control units and related systems for aircraft, and has numerous U.S. customers.  Consul General Hall also visited the church museum in the Ostrow Tumski, where among other artifacts she examined the oldest written example of the Polish language.
