 Children from Żmiąca Care Center at the Consulate
On December 20th the Consulate hosted a very special Christmas carol concert given in Polish and English by a group of children from Żmiąca Children Care Center. The Center, run by the Rupert Mayor Foundation, serves as a temporary home for orphans, children that were abandoned or neglected, and in need of protective custody. The performers, some of them very young children, won over the hearts of the assembled audience.  Both the concert and the opportunity to meet the young carolers afterward were unforgettable experiences!
