Ambassador Ashe in Southern Poland

From January 29-30 Ambassador Victor Ashe traveled in southern Poland, visiting Rzeszów, Tarnów, and Krakow.  In Rzeszów he visited the aircraft engine manufacturer WSK "PZL - Rzeszów" S.A. and met with the city’s mayor Tadeusz Ferenc and Bishop Kazimierz Górny.  While in Rzeszów, Ambassador Ashe also met with Podkarpackie Governor Mirosław Karapyta and Podkarpackie Deputy Marshal Bogdan Rżońca.  He then continued on to Tarnów where he toured the city’s Diocese Museum and met with Tarnów mayor Ryszard Ścigała.  Ambassador Ashe spent January 30 in Krakow where he paid a visit to Brigadier General Włodzimierz Potasinski and the Polish Special Forces headquarters.
